routeban.com may enter commercial partnerships with third parties—including advertising, sponsorship and data sharing—to improve its services. Email and WhatsApp marketing is carried out only within the lawfully permitted framework. Users have the right to leave the subscription system free of charge and easily (including WhatsApp “STOP/CANCEL”).

3. Cookie policy

We use cookies on our site to improve the user experience and personalise ads. Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on visits to our website.

4. KVKK and GDPR compliance

User data is processed in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Users may at any time request deletion or update of their personal data via info@routeban.com.

Although traffic bans, tolls and logistics information on the platform are compiled from official sources, their absolute accuracy or currency is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for verifying with official authorities before travel. RouteBan cannot be held liable for material or non-material damage arising from misinterpretation or data loss.

7. Termination of service

User access may be terminated unilaterally in case of breach of these terms, illegal activity or circumstances that endanger platform security.

8. Applicable law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In case of dispute, the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction. RouteBan reserves the right to update these terms from time to time.
